How to build self vision without being selfish...

Updated: Nov 4, 2021

Over looking this one thing can jeopardise the choices that you make.

The question that people often find hard to answer is 'What do you want' Human beings are magnificent at knowing what they don't want. They are great at telling their nearest and dearest the long list at what they do not want to be doing.

The Struggle isn't what you know, it's what you don't know.

Have you ever had a friend that was so good at breaking it down.

I don't want to be broke.

I don't want to have to struggle.

I don't want to have to work for others.

I don't want to do jobs that I do not enjoy.

I don't want another failed relationship.

Creating your reality.

Most people have come to understand in recent times that their thoughts make things form around them. If you haven't, don't worry; we are going to touch base in this.

Have you ever felt that you didn't want to retry something that failed one time in your life?

You know how it will end because you have done it before. The difficult conversation, the first date, the start up, the idea to create the business.

Or maybe it's the level up, the scaling your business to earn more money, reaching more clients.

Our minds are designed to protect us. They are made to keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone, especially if the last time we did it cause trauma, disappointment or plainly... didn't work out the way we expected. Your mind will do all it can to stop you moving forward, and the worst part about this is it happens on auto pilot.

Your subconscious mind is running the show, looking intently for the patterns and trying to make sense on what it will actually take as truth. This is why it can be hard to change habits and try new things. Your subconscious mind scans through the library of you past and parallels based on those experiences.

You've got to make a choice from your heart

Desires are found deep down in the heart. They are like gems from God hidden for enjoyable discovery. The problem is, we have made it so hard to listen clearly to our desires. I mean, let's be honest... the world is LOUD.

There are so many things being thrown left right and centre.

Match that with past experiences, trauma, advice from people... it's no wonder you can't hear that still small voice with in.

So what do you do?

What do you do when you want to start paying attention to your own desires and truly find out what it is you want?

When you know what you want, you are confident in your own skin.

When you know what you want, you get comfortable with stepping out of your comfort zone.

When you know what you want, you are open to opportunity and things flow easier.

When you know what you want, you are happier. Point blank, period.

Questions you can start with.

What do you want in your life?

What do you want to feel?

What do you want to experience?

What do you want your relationships to look like?

What do you want your bank account to look like?

Get specific!

This is the biggest key to discover what you truly want. Be specific about the goal, the feelings, the kinds of people and relationships you want around you. Notice how it makes you feel. Notice what lights you up.

This process does more than just showing you want you want, it can also show you who you are.

Self discovery is gold in this life.

In The Vision Glow Up Mini Course, we walk people through a process of getting clear about their vision, their talents and the possibilities they have.

Many people go looking for gold, but the truth is, they should find someone to show them the gold they already have.

I challenge you to start creating your reality and getting specific about what it is you want. Because Queen you are worth it.

Much Love

Queen D
